Sergio Bernardo Almiron sprained his ankle a little, but he'll be available for the game in Berne.
Raffaele Palladino suffered a slight knee sprain. He will rest this week and probably take up training again next Tuesday. Therefore he won't be available for the Berne friendly, but will be back for the League match against Genoa.
David Trezeguet is suffering from a relapse of his kneecap tendon problem and will have to miss Friday's game against Young Boys too, but he should be available against Genoa.
Vincenzo Iaquinta was hit on the knee Sunday and underwent a nuclear magnetic resonance test with the National team medical staff, which ruled out anything serious. He should be able to make Saturday's Italy vs. Georgia match.
In the meantime, all the long-term injured players are recovering. Marchionni and Camoranesi in particular are doing very well. The former is perfectly on schedule, while the latter will undergo a nuclear magnetic resonance test to check how his muscle injury is healing. Both should be back for late October or the beginning of November.
Boumsong will also undergo a nuclear magnetic resonance test soon, but it'll take him a little longer to recover.
And lastly, Andrade: the Portuguese player has returned to Turin after a period of convalescence in Lisbon, recuperating from his surgery. The knee is in excellent condition. A check-up is scheduled for next Tuesday in Marseille and he should be able to begin physiotherapy within ten days.
