Appeal for Juventus-Lecce denied: note by the club
Juventus Football Club took note of the decision taken by the Courts of Justice which confirmed the decision taken by the sport authorities with regards to the home match against Lecce. While awaiting the reasons for the decision, in order to take ulterior actions, the club expressed its surprise with regards to the news which was spread by certain press agencies a good hour before the end of the works by the court and the pronunciation of the decision itse

No disqualified players for Sunday match
Juventus-Lecce will not have any suspended players. There are in fact no names of bianconeri or giallorossi in the list announced by the sport authorities. In compensation, Tiago will be back after the day suspension paid against Reggio Calabria for the red card shown against Inter. The Portuguese player is still however in the list of players who have reached the yellow card limit which also includes Mellberg. The Swede received his third yellow card of the season at the Granillo. The other names on the list are Amauri, Nedved, Chiellini and Grygera.
