Blanc Warns Secco: Protect Club's Image


Juventus general manager Jean-Claude Blanc reprehended the director of sports Alessio Secco for the latest revelations that he was being counselled by Luciano Moggi in the past transfer market.

Blanc has sent a warning to Secco following the telephone interceptions with the controversial figure of Luciano Moggi, which have been revealed in the last few days.

"No proof of illicit behaviour have emerged against Secco, but considering the visibility he has in his position, I had to remind him his duty to protect his image and that of his club, even in personal rapports," declared the general manager to Sky.

"We reminded him of his position as director of sports," he continued. "To protect his image and that of the club is very important."

According to these interceptions, Secco and Moggi remained in contact even after Calciopoli, and the latter helped the young director to move in the transfer market and suggested to him what players to sign.
