Olympics: Marchisio heads home

Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio will join Tommaso Rocchi on the plane back from China after an injury ended his Olympic adventure.
Pierluigi Casiraghi has just been hit by the news that overage hitman Rocchi’s involvement in Beijing is over.
And now it has been confirmed that Marchisio’s right calf problem is more seriously than feared
The 22-year-old will be replaced by Udinese’s Antonio Candreva who has joined Casiraghi’s men for training.
