With regards to the possible recoveries in view of tomorrow’s match, Hiddink does not commit himself : «Essien has been out for a long time and it would be hard for him to get into the rhythm of the match. I don’t know if he is ready to start-off or if it’s best for him to come on during the match like he did against Coventry but in any case he is ready to get back. Carvalho is quite well but is not at his best yet. Anelka returned to training the day before yesterday and we will study his condition after today’s training session.
