Buffon: «Against Bayern it will be a match for fearless hearts»

«It was an occasion to take immediately, but on the other hand the beautiful thing about football is this: teams that will be fighting against relegation at the end of the season, in the starting matches can create difficulties and therefore we must take this draw…At the moment it is ok to be second behind Sampdoria, but it is clear that we could have had a greater point margin from inter and this would have been the most important thing». Gigi Buffon, while speaking on Juventus Channel, does not attempt to hide: the draw against Bologna hurts, especially since it came in the last minutes when the three points seemed assured: «Conceding a goal at the end always makes one angry, even if you are winning 5-0. It is a pity because with a bit more attention, certain goals at the end of the match can be avoided. If we leave certain points behind, the disappointment is even greater. In any case, it should serve us as a lesson and change into a healthy partial setback».
The 1-1 on Sunday stopped Juventus from winning sole leadership, a role which is occupied by Sampdoria: «Like every year, the championship at the beginning of the championship can bring surprises, with the team that nobody would have imagined managing to occupy certain positions. The last thought is dedicated to Pavel Nedved, who today visited his former team mates in Vinovo: «We were happy to see him. He stopped playing four months ago and did not put on one ounce of weight. In fact I think he lost weight. This says a lot about the champion he was and will always be. I was lucky to be able to play with him».
