We Have 60% Chance Of Beating Juve, Says Zamparini

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has demonstrated faith in his team by predicting that they have a good opportunity of beating Juventus on Sunday when the two teams clash at the Barbera stadium in the 32nd matchday of Serie A.

The Rosanero face Juve off the back of four consecutive defeats, which led to the sacking of Francesco Guidolin and the return of Stefano Colantuono, but this has actually strengthened Zamparini's confidence ahead of this weekend's league game against the Old Lady.

"I'm convinced that we will play a great game," declared the Sicilian side's president. "I think that Palermo have 60% chance of winning and the Bianconeri have a 40% chance of winning.

"The club has been working for some time to build a very competitive squad for next season. We shall strengthen those sectors which have underachieved."

This revived confidence in his team comes thanks to Colantuono's return to the bench.

"The weekend match showed that Palermo was still there. I complimented Colantuono and the team because on Sunday I saw a real team," concluded Zamparini.
