Ranieri: Only Those In Form Will Play

Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri has warned his side that only those who are in form will play and believes Alessandro Del Piero will adapt to the constant changes he is making up front.

The Tinkerman has been living up to his name and shuffling his pack of aces around for every game.

The former Chelsea man insists that only players who are in top form will get the nod as he sends the warning shots to Del Piero and the rest of his team.

"Even Del Piero will adapt to the turnaround," Ranieri told La Repubblica.

"He is a great player. He had a few problems last term but then he bounced back into form and he was outstanding during the rest of the season.

"I think it will be the same this year. Only those who are in form will play otherwise one would always be playing [Gianpiero] Boniperti up front."

Juventus continued their impressive form this weekend when they beat Udinese in Turin.

The Italian giants will now be shifting their focus onto the Champions League game as they prepare to entertain Zenit when they come to town on Wednesday night.
