Legrottaglie: «Christmas is a time for doing good»
In the period typical for Christmas shopping, Nicola Legrottaglie, visited some of the most prestigious shops in the centre of Turin not to do his shopping but to try and touch the hearts of supporters and others with regards to the Ascom initiative of which Juventus and Torino are partners.
In over 1700 shops in Turin and its provinces, up to the 5th of January, one may find jolly little boxes with the Sant’Anna logo where he can make a donation. The money collected will go towards the “Crescere Insieme al Sant’Anna” project. «It is important to think of others all year round – stated Legrottaglie interviewed by Juventus Channel but during Chriustmas time we would like to draw particular attention to the premature babies at the Sant’Anna».
Nicola, who is back after missing the match against Milan following a suspension, is ready for the match against Atalanta. «They will give us a hard time – declared the Juventus defender – because at home they are one of the teams to have done better. Besides, I know Del Neri and I know he would have prepared the match with great attention». He also mentions his ex-coach when speaking of goals: «When I play against his teams I always score – he says remembering the goal scored against Atalanta last year – Honestly I hope to repeat this because I like scoring. This year I haven’t yet scored in the championship and I am very sorry about this».
Answering those who asked whether he expects Inter to miss a beat against Siena, Legrottaglie said: «We must think of going our own way. It is still too early to look at the table. We will look at it at the end of the season»
