Sissoko: «I am ready»
«I have recovered and am very happy. This period was very difficult for me and my family, but now, thanks be to God, I am well and am ready to play». Momo Sissoko is urging to go: if it were up to him he wouldn’t even wait for Saturday to get on the field and this is understandable. The Mali player has been at a halt for a long time and for a fighter like him, being out of the struggle is a true torment: «When you are at a stop and you see your team mates working, it is hard, but life is like that. My family and the club helped me a lot. Now I have come back to a strong, competitive Juve whose objective is and remains the scudetto».
Momo is not the only one who wants to get back. The supporters are awaiting him anxiously to see him at work with Felipe Melo, perhaps on Saturday against Fiorentina: «I know, but I do not feel more pressure. I hope I can get back to playing just as I did before the injury. If I will be playing on Saturday depends on the coach. If he thinks I am ready to play I will be available. Felipe Melo is a great player, a Brazilian international, and Juve spent an important amount for him but I can play with everybody now that I am well». Against Fiorentina, Momo scored his first goal in the Serie A, two seasons ago: «I remember that well and hope to repeat it on Saturday».
