Vincenzo Iaquinta Is Fed Up And Ready To Quit Juventus – Report

The former Udinese man is unhappy and wants out of the club according to voices coming from Turin...

Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta has become increasingly frustrated with the lack of playing time he has been afforded by coach Claudio Ranieri and he wants to leave the club.

Tuttosport claims the Italian international fears losing his place in Marcello Lippi's Italy squad for the World Cup by staying on the Bianconeri bench. The striker has plenty to lose as it's a high price to pay and Iaquinta simply does not want to take a risk with his Nazionale future.

Ranieri preferred to stick with Amauri and Alessandro Del Piero while Trezeguet recovered from injury. And, with the Frenchman back to full fitness, Iaquinta has dropped down another place in the pecking order at Vinovo.

In addition, voices coming from Turin suggest the Bianconeri are ready to bring in more strikers for next season. Sampdoria ace Antonio Cassano is on top of Juve's transfer list and Atalanta's Sergio Floccari is also a summer target.

With major changes expected, the future is not looking rosy for the former Udinese hitman and his playing days with Juve look in greater doubt.

Iaquinta is well aware his place in Lippi's Italian squad is no longer guaranteed. Reports suggest the striker could head to Zenit St Petersburg, who are interested in his services. Roma are also keen on the striker as coach Luciano Spalletti is a big admirer of his former pupil.
