Lazio’s Mauro Zarate Unlikely To Be Fit For Juventus Match

Lazio’s Mauro Zarate Unlikely To Be Fit For Juventus Match – Report
The Argentine hitman could be forced to miss his side’s heavyweight clash this weekend

Lazio are set to take on Juventus this weekend, at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. The capital club are going in search of their third win in as many fixtures, to continue their perfect start to the season.

According to the latest reports from Corriere dello Sport though, they may have to take on the Bianconeri without their star man up front Mauro Zarate, as he is currently nursing a muscular injury that he picked up in training a couple of days ago.

Zarate will be given until the very last minute to take his place in the starting line-up for the match; however the early signs are suggesting that he has very little chance of making it.

The Biancocelesti are yet to confirm the news, however the striker failed to take part in yesterday’s training session, and is unlikely to do so later today either, which all but confirms the rumours reported.
