Call-ups: Buffon present!
After a long absence due to injury the number 1 is back. Gigi Buffon has in fact been called up for the Coppa Italia match against Catania. On the other hand Nedved and Marchisio will be rested out of precaution. Also absent are Tiago and Chiellini who should recover by Sunday. Iaquinta is still unavailable and therefore Amauri will be forced to work overtime. The match against Catania might see the debut of Ariaudo and Giovinco could also be in the starting line-up. These are a few of the indications given by Ranieri during the press conference on the eve of the match with regards to the starting line-up at the Olimpico.
