Poulsen And Marchisio Back For Juve
Juventus’ form on the field have been phenomenal in recent weeks and the news off it is improving by the day as well, with Poulsen and Marchisio set to make a return this week.
Following a tough start to the campaign, the Bianconeri have been simply brilliant in recent weeks, as they have won four successive league fixtures and as a result, now find themselves in 5th place in the standings.
This week they host Genoa in a tough contest at the Olimpico in Turin, one in which they will be optimistic of winning nonetheless.
Their desire to win will be boosted by the return of Christian Poulsen and Claudio Marchisio, both of whom look likely to at least play some part in the encounter.
The club has confirmed that the duo have successfully overcome their minor injuries and are certain to be utilized in some way against Genoa.
Marchisio was expected to return in his side’s 2-0 victory over Chievo at the weekend, however the club decided to give the player a few extra days to recover from his time on the sidelines.
Both men proved their fitness by successfully getting through yesterday’s training session in the lead up to Thursday’s league match with the Rossoblu.
