Sissoko and Legrottaglie: «Three points on Saturday»
Juventus are back into Serie A mode following the match against Zenit. Saturday will be the turn of Reggina who last season beat the bianconeri in Reggio Calabria in a match full of controversies. Juventus are urging to get back on the winning gtrack not only because of what happened last year as well as due to the importance of the 3 points in question : «The past is past – explained Nicola Legrottaglie – now we are living a different situation, so we must not think of last year but of winning the three points on Saturday, which are fundamental, seeing the number of direct encounters on the match day. For us it is important to win, in any way, and hope that the others fail».
Momo Sissoko last year was punished by means of a decisive penalty on Amoruso at the end of the match. The player from Mali was at the start of his adventure in black and white and since has become a leader on the field : «We want to win this match and will try to do so. Against Inter we played well but we didn’t manage to win, but we must now think of Reggina and of winning on Saturday, to go to Lecce hopingly. I feel well, I must continue like this. I manage to recover after each match without problems».
One of the strong points of this year’s Juventus is the solidity in the defence : «After 7 victories, in which the defence never suffered, we were less effective against Inter, against a great team and a great attack – continued Legrottaglie – On a defence level we are having a great season, but it is the whole team that is doing well, because when you concede few goals it is thanks to the work done by everyone. We must continue like this, because even if we are scoring a bit less then last year, it is still good. Our only interest is winning, even by 1-0. Many goals are not important ».
