The Old Lady travel to the Santiago Bernabeu in stunning form and a win will see them cement their place at the top of Group H as well as take a step towards the last 16.
Del Piero is full of confidence and he is focussing on the game against Los Merengues believing his side can get the right result in Spain.
"We have been rewarded for the hard work, initiative and excellent play that we have been showing," Del Piero told his official website.
"Now we need consistency to close this cycle of many games by playing well and getting the right result, starting from the game against Real Madrid."
The captain also spoke about Juve's recent return to form as well as his chances with Marcello Lippi's Azzurri side.
"We have been improving greatly and we need to continue doing so," added Del Piero.
"Italy? Lippi knows that I will not give up on Italy and on South Africa."
The Bianconeri will be hoping to do the business against Real as they attempt to enjoy a decent run in the Champions League.
The club has always stated the ambition for European glory this season.
