Former Juventus and Inter striker Pietro Anastasi believes the Bianconeri will take the Milanese side all the way to final title showdown in May.

Juventus proved that they can cope when the heat is on when they beat Scudetto chasing Milan 4-2 on Sunday to keep in touch with the Nerazzurri.

Although Inter are many bookies favorites to win the Serie A title, Anastasi, who played over 200 times for Juve, is confident his old team can be the 'Anti-Inter' this term.

"The Scudetto is Inter's to lose, but I think Juventus are right up there," the former Italy hit-man told Sky Sport Italia.

"Juventus are a team that never give up easily and they will fight for the Scudetto.

"Juve may not have the quality of Inter and Milan, but they have the good will, strength and motivation to do well."

Being a former striker himself, Anastasi knows a thing or two about hitting the back of the net, and he has passed his magnifying glass over Amauri.

"Amauri is great technically but there doesn't seem anything Brazilian about him," added the former Juve hero.

"He knows how to help push the team forwards and he was a great buy for Juventus."
