Pavel Nedved has added to Juventus’ injury woes as he will be out of this weekend’s Atalanta match due to a thigh problem.

The Czech midfielder limped off in the first half of Sunday’s 4-2 victory over Milan and tests have now confirmed the diagnosis.

There is an inflammation of the left thigh muscle and he must rest for a few days, ruling him out of the visit to Bergamo.

Nicola Legrottaglie returns from suspension to boost the defence, while Cristiano Zanetti could get a little more playing time after his four-month absence.

The usual suspects remain sidelined and probably won’t play again until 2009. Those are Gianluigi Buffon, David Trezeguet, Christian Poulsen, Tiago Mendes, Dario Knezevic and Jonathan Zebina.

It remains to be seen whether they will risk Mauro Camoranesi’s early return from a dislocated shoulder, as he failed a fitness test for the Milan match.
