Giovinco is considered hot property around Europe but he is unlikely to move elsewhere following the latest developments at Vinovo.
After months of speculation and 'on, off ' deals, the Italian under-21 international will extend his marriage with the Old Lady.
Talk of a possible move to Arsenal has now been consigned to history as he will put pen to paper next week, upon his return from duty with the Azzurrini.
"We are on the verge of signing and we are close to a five year deal. He [Giovinco] will sign on Friday, October 17," the agent told Radio Kiss Kiss.
Pasqualin also ruled out Antonio Cassano from joining the Old Lady. Il Talentino Di Bari Vecchia was linked with a January move but it seems highly unlikely.
"Cassano to Juve? To be honest, I cannot see him at Juve, it's just paper talk." concluded Pasqualin.
News of Giovinco extending for his side is likely to break up the dark cloud hanging over the team. Juve have been in poor form recently and they will be relying on the 'Formica Atomica' to fire them back up the standings.
